阻焊层以第34页左侧的图为参考。 它必须大于焊盘。 如果 TLA2022焊盘为0.25 x 0.58、阻焊层将为0.30 x 0.63、建议的阻焊层间隙为0.05。 右侧的图像是粘贴掩码、通常小于焊盘。
