是的、同样的要求也适用于断电期间、并且在绝对最大值条件下、数字电源(Vd)绝不会高于模拟电源(VA) 0.3V 以上、必须遵守该条件。 请参阅绝对最大值表6.1、其中 VD 不得高于 VA+0.3V。
