如果您查看 ADS112C04数据表第3页上的引脚功能表、则散热焊盘连接应连接到 AVSS。 如果 AVSS 为-2.5V、则将焊盘连接到-2.5V。 如果 AVSS 连接到 AGND、 则散热焊盘应连接到 AGND。 换句话说、将散热焊盘连接到最低模拟电压电位。
