请连接以下设备：
每个 AVDD 电源引脚(引脚9、52、66、71、74)应将其自己的0.1uF 电容器尽可能靠近自身。
eacg LVDd 电源引脚(引脚11、49)应将其自己的0.1uF 电容尽可能靠近。
