当器件处于过热状态时、不能保证 SPI 运行、但它应该能够。 当器件温度高于150°C 时、过热报警将被置为有效 建议将器件配置为在满足此条件时立即采取措施、例如禁用直流/直流电源以降低功耗。 此时、该器件还远远超出了指定的温度范围。
