通常、ADC 的内部基准电压不用于直接驱动其他电路。 最好使用另一个分立式缓冲器来提供更多电流并分离其他电路引起的任何噪声或瞬态。
我们不指定或表征内部基准缓冲器的负载电流。 如果您希望估算该值、只需使用源表装置添加一个小电流负载并监控电压即可。 最终、电压将随着负载电流的增加而崩溃。
