DAC7562T 与 TTL 5V 逻辑兼容。 VIH 阈值为2.1V、VIL 阈值为0.8V。 DAC7562 VIH 为0.7*VIL VDD、VIL 为 VDD。 如果这些逻辑电平与您的系统兼容、那么您可以使用 DAC7562T 作为替代产品。
