我们不建议您在 MODE 引脚上使用2M 电阻。 数据表指出在 MODE 引脚(器件内部)上有一个2M Ω 的电阻器。
您应该使用远小于2M 的值来正确偏置引脚。 该值越小、偏置越强、但漏电流越大。 我可能会说10k 是可以的。
