我看到 AMC26C31 的共模电压范围为+/–14V、因此、只要客户可以支持稍低的共模电压范围、就可以使用 TSD12C。
由于 2.5V/us 的压摆率限制、TVS0701 可能无法支持信号速度。

是否有任何示波器屏幕截图来查看上电期间线路上的电压是多少？ 竞争对手的 ESD 二极管是损坏的、还是仅损坏 AMC26C31？
