请说明 RBIAS处的电压在启动后应保持恒定的1.0V电压，或者在启动后将变为0V。
在我的主板RBIAS电压中，当主板启动后，我得到1.04V电压，然后电压变为0V。
同时也要对RBIAS电阻器的功能进行一些说明。
