在项目中，我想使用MAX3243 IC。 在特定情况下，MAX3243未通电，而存在RS232信号(由RS232外围设备施加)。
所以我有两个问题：
IC未通电时(VCC=0)，我们能否在RINx引脚(RS232线路数据输入)上应用RS232电平。
当Vcc=0V时，RINx引脚的输入阻抗是多少？
