TCAN1044V 似乎非常适合这种情况。 如果不需要1.8V Vio (支持3.3V Vio)、TCAN1042V 也是一个选项。 完全消除 Vio 需求(5V 数字信号)也会将选项扩展到非 V 型号。 我无法对交货周期做出任何承诺、但您可能会祝您在使用这些器件时一切顺利。
