地址引脚未在内部引用。 如果 addr 引脚保持悬空、则如果引脚拾取来自环境或电路板的噪声、则器件的地址会在运行期间间歇性变化、并且还可能导致更高的电源电流消耗、因为 CMOS 输入可以悬空至中间轨。
