TI 提供的 IBIS 模型也不用于转换为 PSPICE。 通常、IBIS 文件仅提供 IO 缓冲器特性、通常用于 信号完整性分析以判断信号质量。 PSpice 模型是一种功能模式、遗憾的是、我们没有这种模式。
