TI 的 PCA9515B 是 NXP 中 PCA9515A 的 TSSOP8封装的直接可替换器件。 如果您使用的是 SO8封装、则引脚排列相同、但尺寸不同、因此需要更新您的 PCB。 我检查了电气特性、除了 TI 器件具有更大的 VCC 建议值范围、并且 TI 器件上的 VOL-VILC 较低外、其他一切看起来都是一样的。
