TCA980x 的最大设计频率为400kHz (9000等编号较小的系列可能不支持400kHz、具体取决于 B 侧的容性负载)
我们的产品系列中唯一支持1MHz 频率的 I2C 缓冲器/转接驱动器器件是 TCA9617 (我推荐 B 版本)
