第10节规定：
TCA9416在1.08V 至3.6V 范围之外没有电源限制。 VCCA 可以高于或低于 VCCB。 内部电路将自动选择合适的电源以正确支持转换。 VCCA 也可以与 VCCB 相同、并且该器件可用作缓冲器。
