目前、我们唯一能够保护20V 信号的器件是 TVS2200和 TVS2201平缓钳位浪涌保护器件。 但是、这些器件具有高电容、因此对于10Gbps 信号应用而言、插入损耗太大。 但是、如果没有 VBUS 短路事件、我们目前建议将 ESD122用于我们的 USB Type-C 解决方案。
