当 Vcc 为3.3V 时、IO 阻抗非常低、而当 Vcc 为0V 时、IO 阻抗非常高。
如果 Vcc 从3.3V 开始下降、我是否可以知道 IO 何时变为高阻抗？

当 VCC 低于3V 时、TS3USB30E IO 将变为高阻抗。(超出正常电源电压范围)或 OE 为高电平。
