所有 P 引脚都具有内部100kOhm 上拉电阻器、以防止其悬空。 未使用的引脚可保持悬空或通过外部上拉电阻(如果意外配置为输出低电平、则需要保护电阻器)连接到 Vcc。 寄存器可保留为低功耗泄漏的输入或设置为输出高电平、以避免噪声导致 nINT 干扰。
