TPD4E1U06是一款单向器件、工作电压为5.5V、以接地为基准。 如果我理解正确、您会问您是否可以将负信号连接到引脚1和3。 不建议这样 做、因为在正常运行时、它只能承受大约-0.5V 的负电压。
