这似乎并不是异常的。 封装和器件温度有许多因素。 数据表中的 thetaJA 为~27°C/W、典型功率耗散为~0.5W I 预计器件将比环境温度高~14°。
请注意、此小型封装的大部分散热都进入 PCB GND 层。 如果器件附近有其他热源、则使用此快速估算可能会使温度高于预期。
