在25°C 的室温下、θ JC 为30°C/W、最高结温为150°C。 封装能耗散的最大功率为4.16瓦。 在温度为25°C 时耗散4.16W 的同时、结温将上升至150°C。
最坏情况下的 DS15BR401功耗远低于此数字。 在0.774W 和85C 的最坏情况下、结温应上升至大约85C +(0.774W x 30 C/W)= 108C
