947输入为单像素模式、输出为端口0
940输出2个数据通道、1个 CSI 端口处于活动状态

1:  进入 bisten 模式、940锁定通道为高电平、但 mipi clk 输出仅为33Khz

   切换到正常模式940锁定导通也是高 mipi clk、仅为33khz

      关闭947并启用940 PATGEN_EN 0x64=0x11 mipi clk 输出33K

2:  每次加电940后、默认值0x02为0

请帮帮我。 已经有几个月了。
