TCA9406没有 IBIS 模型、但它与 TXS0101 IBIS 模型密切相关。
TCA9406和 TXS0101都是具有集成式单触发(边沿速率) 加速器的无源开关、它们只在短时间内有效。 无法使用 IBIS 对器件的加速部分进行完全建模。
