可以肯定的是、当 TCA9416在 VCCA 和/或 VCCB 上没有电时、任一侧的 I2C 总线是否仍然可以正常工作、或者内部10K 上拉电阻器会将总线拉低吗？ I2C 总线在3.3V 下运行。

数据表的第8.3.3节指出：
电阻器具有反偏置保护、因此、如果电源关闭、电流不能通过电阻器流回电源。 如果电源高于 VUVLO_RISE、则其侧的上拉电阻器将被启用。
