我的客户正在使用 SN74LV123A，仅使用输入B，条件是L和↑。 /CLR针脚为H  

输入/a应为L，以同时满足 输入B的L和↑，这是否正确？

如果是，客户将把/a连接到GND，客户是直接将它连接到GND还是应该添加一个电阻器？ 无论采用哪种方式，您能否解释一下原因？
