十是 OE 上升沿与输出有效之间的最长时间。 只要输出尚未激活、TXB 就不会驱动它们、引脚仍然为高阻抗、并且电压未定义/悬空(除非其他一些器件驱动该线路上的电压)。
所有引脚同时为输入和输出。
