电气特性表中的"Ioff"规格仅包含具有"部分断电"特性(也称为"反向驱动保护")的器件的数据表。
部分断电保护是带电插入隔离的最低级别、如应用报告"带电插入应用中的逻辑"所定义。
局部断电基本上表示、如果器件电源保持在0V (多电源器件的任何电源)、则该器件的输入和输出引脚将进入高阻抗状态。 此高阻抗状态下的最大泄漏电流由数据表中的 Ioff 规格定义。
