如果我们为 CD4017B 提供3.3V 电压、那么输入高电压和低电压(VIL、VIH)的阈值是多少？
数据表提供了5、10、15V 电源的数据、但没有3.3V 数据。
我只想确认、对于高电平、它是70%电源电压、对于低电平、它是30%电源电压。
