SN74LVC1G97-Q1可用于1.65至5.5V 的电源电压范围、且输入电压额定值规定绝对最大值为6.5V。 如果器件 VCC 以3.3V 电压供电(与3.3V 逻辑兼容)、这些引脚是否仍可耐受5V 电压？ 我知道输入阈值与 VCC 有关、但我想确认输入电压额定值与之无关。
