绝对最大额定值禁止功率耗散大于100mW。 钳位二极管的正向电压未指定、因此可以自行决定。

克莱门斯说的是正确的。 该器件没有针对最大电流的规格、但是只要您保持在额定功率范围内、该器件就应该没问题。
