我们不进行系统级 ESD 测试、因为我们专注于制造电机驱动器芯片、所以在 DS 中只能获得 HBM 和 CBM 数据。
nFault 信号的意义是什么？ 针脚是否损坏或有噪音？
如果客户需要系统级 ESD 保护、则需要在其额定电压达到其所需预期电压保护的电路中添加 ESD 保护二极管。
