当前、在为关断状态诊断启用所有测试的情况下、对于任一 OUTH&L 引脚上的开路和电源短路、会在 OFF_DIAG_STAT 上报告相同的值 (0xA)。

是否有办法区分这两种情况？ 是否需要禁用弱下拉测试？
