DRV8962 DDV 封装需要外部散热器。 外部散热器的热属性取决于客户散热器。 除非使用特定的散热器创建模型、否则 DDV 封装的热计算工具没有意义。
客户可以使用 数据表第8.1.3.2节"功率损耗计算"中提供的功率损耗计算、并 使用 其散热器的实际 RθJA 来估算结温。 数据表中的第9.2节"DDV 封装"中提供了与散热器相关的其他设计输入。 谢谢。
