LQFP48是标准封装。 我们在数据表中未提供相应的焊盘尺寸。 由于焊盘尺寸不是绝对值、因此用户可以根据接受的尺寸进行设计。 或者、根据我们的参数(引脚尺寸)、EDA 软件还可以自动提供封装尺寸。
