请参阅以下波形、CH1 =输出电压；CH2 =电源正常；CH3 =输出电流、输出电压降至接近0V、这是正确的吗？ 如果这是因为输出电容器不足？
如果出现过流，则输出重试是正确的。
一旦达到内部电流限值、输出就会下降至0V、而不是由于输出电容器。
