我相信我们目前没有为 TINA-TI 或为 TI 准备的 PSPICE 模型。 如果您愿意使用 smiplis 模型、则会有一个 smiplis 模型。 您还可以使用 UCC27524 模型进行测试。 这两个器件有一些差异、但可能与您的目的足够相似。
