参阅9.2.5 d/s 上的电池升压模式运行、如果条件有效、升压运行可被启用：
BATLOWV 以上
VBUS 低于 BAT+VSLEEP (处于睡眠模式)
3、使能升压模式操作(OTG 引脚高电平、OTG_CONFIG 位=1)
4. TS (热敏电阻)引脚上的电压在由 BHOT 和 BCOLD 位配置的升压模式温度监控器配置的范围内
