    UCC28C44D 采用 SOIC 封装、额定温度范围为-40°C 至105°C。  我唯一看到的 P2P 替代产品是也采用 SOIC 封装的 UCC38C44D。  但是、该器件的额定温度仅为0°C 至70°C。   目前、TI store 中有5000多件(管装)和15000件(T/R)。
