很抱歉耽误你的时间。 BQ25618的升压功能与 BQ25601略有不同。 BQ25618在 RBFET (Q1)关闭的情况下升压至 PMID 引脚。 在 BQ25601中、Q1在升压操作中保持导通。
BQ25618中的这一区别旨在用于 TWS 充电盒和助听器充电盒。
