LM431的 Tj max = 150C。 这意味着该器件仍可正常工作、但由于温度高于85°C、因此无法保证规格随温度变化。 如果您对器件有任何疑问、可以将 LM431替换为 TL431LI Q 温度等级(Q 而非 Q1)、该器件的工作温度范围为-40°C 至125°C、这将涵盖您的用例。
