如果您的客户希望缩短 VGH 电压轨的上升时间、他们可以尝试 增加 VGH 电压轨上的输出电容器。 数据表中的应用原理图显示输出电容为0.22uF、但最高1uF 应该可以。 TPS65105器件中没有用于更改 VGH 上升时间的内部机制。
