从功能和电气规格的角度来看、这些器件是等效的。 两个器件之间的唯一区别是器件的引线框(LF)镀层。 LM2936M-5.0具有低频 SnPb 镀层、 而 LM2936M-5.0/NOPB 具有纯 Sn 的低频镀层。 这意味着以 NOPB 结尾的器 件符合 RoHS/ REACH 标准、而 LM2936M-5.0具有 RoHS/REACH 豁免(由于 LF 镀层中有铅)。
