SnPb 焊料在173-178C 时开始熔化、无铅开始在217-220C 时熔化。
根据 PCB 厚度、焊锡膏类型和元件密度、该型材 可能无法形成良好的 IMC、焊点可能不完美。
我们通常不建议使用混合焊接工艺。
