遗憾的是、TI 没有适用于此器件的 SIMPLIS 模型。 PSpice 和 TINA-TI 模型可从产品网页上下载。 SPICE 模型不能直接在 SIMPLIS 仿真器中使用、但通常可以轻松导入 SIMetrix。
