TPS51200可用于 LPDDR2、因为它与 DDR4应用的电压电平相同。
我建议检查数据表(https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps51200.pdf#page=6)的电气特性部分、以确保 Vout/REFout 的容差在应用所需的规格范围内。
