根据 PMBus 和 SMBus 标准、提供的器件地址以7位格式表示、地址字节的第0位包含读/写位。
寻址地址为0x24的器件的事务的第一个字节在[7：1]位中包含0x24、在0位中包含 b'0、总共8位值为0x48
重复起始后发送的读取地址将包含8位值0x49、因为位0 = b'1
