我将 BQ24600 IC 用于4芯锂聚合物电池充电，但电池无法检测到状态 LED 闪烁，且下侧 FET 不驱动，SRP_SRN 电压低于1.5mV，我观察电压 Vref=3.3V，CE=3.3V，REGN=6V。
