如果您正在寻找与 TPS51116功能相同但具有5A 灌电流/拉电流能力的 IC、我认为我们没有这种解决方案。
您可以浏览 目录搜索页面 ，但对于 DDR 设备，VTT 电流通常为+/-3A 或更低。
很遗憾、我也没有看到1MHz 选项。 多个器件处于600kHz 范围内。
